Order Cancellation & Refund Rights

Customers may request a refund within 3 business days from the date of receiving the order, provided that:

• Products are unused and in their original condition.
• Products are returned in their original packaging.
• The original invoice is included with the return.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Products that have been washed, used, or damaged.
• Products returned without original packaging.
• Customized, printed, or embroidered items.
• Sale or promotional items.

Refund Process

• Initial shipping costs (including free-delivery offers) and return shipping costs will be deducted.
• Refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
• Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the order.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. Please send returns to:

Use an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot issue refunds without actual receipt of the returned items or proof of delivery.

Gifts

• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
• If the item was not marked as a gift, or shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
